Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "bn55game," "we," "us," "our" refers to the licensed operator of the bn55game platform accessible at bn55game.bio.
• "Platform" means the bn55game website, all associated web pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, casino games, sports betting sections, account management tools, and payment systems.
• "User," "you," "your," "Member" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places a wager through the bn55game Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bn55game Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager — whether for real money or in any free-play mode — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the bn55game Platform from time to time (collectively, the "Policies").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

bn55game reserves the right to request age and identity documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team will result in account suspension pending verification.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on the bn55game Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a single, individual Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the bn55game Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your valid email address, and your current residential address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. bn55game will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Account Credentials: You must not share your Account login credentials with any other person. Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account is a breach of these Terms.
• Notification of Compromise: If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately at support@bn55game.bio.

bn55game reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Deposits & Payments

bn55game accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit transaction is PKR 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your PKR Wallet.
• Funding Source: All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or unverified sources are prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
• Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are typically credited within 1 to 4 business hours. Raast transfers are credited within minutes. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following blockchain confirmation, typically within 15 to 30 minutes.
• No Conversion Fees: bn55game does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR deposits. Your deposited amount is credited to your PKR Wallet at par with no deductions applied by bn55game.
• Deposit Limits: bn55game may impose maximum deposit limits based on your account tier, KYC verification status, or responsible gaming restrictions you have self-imposed via your account dashboard.

bn55game reserves the right to decline, reverse, or withhold the processing of any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe is connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money funds from your bn55game PKR Wallet are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Requirement: No withdrawal will be processed until you have successfully completed the bn55game KYC process, including submission and approval of a valid CNIC copy and, where required, proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal transaction is PKR 1,000.
• Withdrawal to Own Accounts Only: Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name. bn55game does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Processing Timeframes: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to KYC completion and any compliance review requirements. VIP and Black Diamond tier members benefit from expedited processing times as detailed in the VIP Programme terms.
• Wagering Requirement Compliance: Any Bonus Funds credited to your account must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements in full before the corresponding funds become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Right to Review: bn55game reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and may request additional documentation before releasing funds. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the Member.

Bonuses & Promotions

bn55game offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. General bonus conditions include:

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified on each promotion's dedicated terms page. By default, live dealer games, certain slots, and sports betting markets may contribute at reduced rates toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds expire if the applicable wagering requirements are not met within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: bn55game reserves the right to cancel any bonus and withhold associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus is being exploited through coordinated betting strategies, arbitrage, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the bn55game Platform are operated in accordance with the rules published within each individual game interface and the rules of the relevant certified game provider. The following general gameplay conditions apply:

• RNG Certification: All slot and table games on bn55game use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. The outcome of each game round is determined solely by the certified RNG and is not influenced by any factor external to the game engine.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. The outcome of live dealer games is determined by physical dealing and spinning processes carried out by trained dealers under real-time supervision. bn55game accepts no liability for interruptions to live streams caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

• Technical Malfunctions: bn55game shall not be liable for any loss arising from a technical malfunction, software error, or system outage. Where a technical malfunction affects the outcome of a game round, bn55game reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the relevant stake.
• Cricket Betting: All cricket and PSL betting markets are governed by the specific sports betting rules published in the bn55game sportsbook section. Markets are settled in accordance with official competition results as announced by the relevant governing body.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bn55game Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point during your use of the Platform.
• Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or under the name or identity of any other person.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 or on behalf of any person under the age of 21.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds derived from criminal activity through the Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, game glitches, or pricing errors in sports betting markets. Any winnings derived from a clearly erroneous price or technical error are void and will be reversed from your Account.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent dispute resolutions in connection with deposits made to your bn55game Account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any bn55game staff member or other Platform user via any communication channel.

Account Suspension & Termination

bn55game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated Policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request from our compliance team.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Request by the Account holder to self-exclude or close the Account.
• A regulatory, legal, or law enforcement requirement to do so.

Where an Account is suspended due to a breach of these Terms, bn55game may withhold any Account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where the investigation concludes that a material breach has occurred, bn55game reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance in full.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated PKR payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Responsible Gaming

bn55game is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of the Platform. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

All content on the bn55game Platform, including but not limited to the bn55game logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of bn55game or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without the prior written consent of bn55game.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software used on the Platform.
• Use the bn55game brand name, logo, or any confusingly similar mark in any context without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of bn55game's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bn55game, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

• Any loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits arising from Platform downtime, technical interruptions, or system maintenance.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bn55game's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bn55game makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform.

Privacy & Data Protection

bn55game collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by bn55game includes, but is not limited to: full name, date of birth, CNIC number, residential address, email address, telephone number, payment method details, and gameplay and transaction history. This data is used for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and customer support.
